i just hate how my manager is making me dread going to work. i swear if Adam takes her place, i wouldnt even THINK about leaving. my manager is the most unprofessional person ive ever come across and i really cant stand her. what makes me even more annoyed is that shes Malaysian! im sorry but...THIS IS NOT YOUR COUNTRY. she does not know how to handle situations properly and shes not mature enough to tell her colleagues what they have to improve on and what not. she tells other colleagues! like how does that benefit anyone srsly??? and i really cant work in that kind of environment anymore. i work my ass off and get shit thrown in my face. and this is just a jist of the situations in the workforce. im gonna face worse and have more shit thrown in my face in future but you see, this is a part time job for me. it is not my career (thank God). still contemplating if i should quit tmr or work till my next pay and ciao. probably second option ah lets see how things go tomorrow.
